D.A.V.I.D. (Digital AI Video & Image Director) is offered by Big Fish Synergy Solutions ("we," "us"). These terms cover the Founding Vault. By claiming a spot, you agree to them.

What you get

• Your Footage Vault: we catalog up to 2 TB of your footage: who is in it, what was said, where, and what it's good for.
• Your Story Bank: your 50 best moments, with timestamps.
• 50 finished videos chosen with you from ads, testimonials, highlights, reels and montages, in your brand.
• Custom AI scenes where your story needs a shot you never filmed.
• Your own D.A.V.I.D. Studio (founders only): installed for your team, with your brand and catalog loaded, plus a training session.

Timing

Founders start in the order they join. We kick off a couple of new founders each week. Your first finished videos arrive within 7 days of us receiving your footage. The full catalog takes longer when there is more footage.

Payment

The founding price is $4,997, paid in full when you claim your spot through Stripe checkout. If you have more than 2 TB of footage, we will quote the extra before we start, and nothing extra is charged without your written OK.

The Love-It Guarantee

If you don't love at least 10 of your first 50 videos, tell us within 30 days of receiving them and we will refund everything you paid. You keep your catalog.

Changes and revisions

Tell us what to change in plain English and we will re-cut the video, usually within 48 hours.

Your footage and your videos

• You own your footage and the finished videos.
• You confirm you have the right to use the footage you send, including permission from the people who appear in it.
• We use your footage only to make your catalog and videos. It stays in your own drive or a private workspace and is never posted by us without your OK.

The founding deal

Founding pricing comes with three asks: a short video testimonial, permission to share your results as a case study, and introductions to 3 business owners you think would want this.

Your D.A.V.I.D. Studio

The Studio runs on a Mac today (Windows is coming). Your team needs its own Claude subscription to run it. Ongoing updates and support after setup are available as a monthly plan.

Music and AI

We use royalty-free music and check it for copyright claims. AI scenes are generated for your videos and are yours to use.

Limits

We do our best work on every video, but we can't promise specific results like views, leads or sales. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid.
